We source casks from brokers, distilleries, and private collectors across Scotland. Quality is our only criterion \u2013 we don’t focus on specific regions or age statements. If it tastes exceptional, we bottle it.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”What does %22cask strength%22 mean?” _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n Cask strength means the whisky is bottled directly from the cask without adding water to reduce the alcohol content. This gives you the full, unaltered flavour profile.
